24 hour reception desk: Our reception is working 365 days / 24 hours for you during your stay. We speak Spanish, Italian, French and English.

Cafe service: Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 10 am and from 7 pm to 10.30 pm. On Sundays is open from 7 am to 4 pm.

Restaurant: Monday to Saturday from 8 pm to 10.30 pm and Sundays from 1 pm to 3 pm (closed at night).

Wet sauna: Open From Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 10 pm (ask in the reception desk to turn it on; it takes about 40 minutes).

Summer swimming pool: Open from June to September from 10 am to 10 pm.

Private garage: Located on -1 floor, is a garage with 20 parking lots and a special price of €8 (VAT inclusive) per vehicle and day. Its maximum height is 1.80 meters.

Meeting rooms: We have three meeting rooms (Azahar, Mambré and Maranathá) that are perfect for corporative, social or familiar events.

Azahar terrace: Gardened area with terrace, perfect to have a drink and relax.
Touristic information: Ask our staff in the reception desk about the activities in the area (museums, trekking, boat routes, etc).

Laundry service: We have a laundry service with collection and delivery of clothing for washing and ironing in 24h. You will find the instructions in the room, in case you have any doubt contact our staff in the reception desk.

Special dietary needs: Our team in the kitchen can make menus ad hoc under request for customers who require food gluten free or lactose free, among others.

Wi-Fi connection: We have free Wi-Fi connection, high speed, for every customer. We have it in the rooms and in the common areas.

Pet friendly: We accept dogs and cats with a €5 supplement (VAT included). Our pet travels with us as another member of the family, so do not hesitate to ask about the advantages of booking a room with pet and the closer services if you have any need (pipi can, vets, hospital emergencies 24h and beaches accepting dogs).

Early breakfasts: Monday to Friday we offer breakfast from 7 am to 9:30 am and Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 10:30 am. If you need to get out before 7 am, we can organize a take away menu with: sandwich, fruit, juice, yogurt and water. You can order it in the reception desk before 9 pm.
